Overview

The Meta Quest 2 Fit Pack is Meta's official fit kit for the Meta Quest 2. Oculus announced it with the headset in September 2020 at $39. The price rose to $50 in August 2022, fell to $39.99 in January 2024, and was cut to $19.99 in April 2024. $19.99 is the US Meta Store price today.

Design and specs

The pack contains two interchangeable facial interfaces and a pair of silicone light blockers. One interface is wider and one is narrower than the standard Quest 2 interface, so they add or remove padding between your face and the headset. Meta says they use the same materials as the standard interface. The light blockers act as nose inserts that stop excess light from getting in around the nose. Meta lists the pack at 163 x 104 x 24 mm and 87 g.

Compatibility

Meta lists the Fit Pack as compatible with the Meta Quest 2 only. The interfaces and light blockers are shaped for the Quest 2's face opening. They do not fit the Meta Quest 3 or the Meta Quest 3S, which have their own facial interfaces.

Setup and use

You pull the current facial interface off the headset and press the wider or narrower one into place. The light blockers attach separately at the nose area. You can swap between them at any time, for example if more than one person uses the headset. The pack does not include a wipeable cover. For a sweat-resistant interface, Meta sells the Meta Quest 2 Active Pack.

Who it is for

The Fit Pack suits Quest 2 owners whose face does not sit well against the standard interface, or who see light leaking in around the nose. Meta stopped selling the Quest 2 headset in early 2025, so it is mainly for existing owners. At $19.99 it is one of Meta's cheapest Quest 2 accessories.
