How it plays
Each scenario is about timing and judgment. You have to read what is happening, respond in proportion and avoid using too much force, and doing that well is how you move up the ranks.
- Easy Mode, Rookie Training: the default mode for beginners, where you practice drawing your weapon with no risk of failing.
- Normal Mode, Professional Duty: the game as intended, with situations that change quickly. Drawing your weapon too early counts as a failure.
Your equipment includes a sidearm pistol, a taser, pepper spray and handcuffs, and a police dog joins you once you reach 10 years of service.
The career structure gives the game its goal. You get five lives to make it through a 30-year career and get to your retirement locker. Your lives are restored at the markers with 20 years and 10 years left to go.
Comfort
Meta rates it as comfortable for most people. The store lists standing play only, with controllers.
