Wooorld

Wooorld is a travel and exploration and social app from Wooorld Inc built on Google Earth's 3D catalog. The current version, Wooorld 2.0, covers more than 2,500 cities in 3D and a very large set of 360-degree views, guided by an AI companion that the developer says speaks 36 languages. It came to the Meta Horizon Store on October 25, 2022.

What you can do

• Fly around Google Earth in 3D and pull up Wikipedia and Google Maps information about places you visit.
• Talk to the AI assistant, which sees what you are looking at, answers questions in any language, takes you anywhere on Earth and plays games with you. A free trial of the assistant is included.
• Pick a topic and let the AI build and narrate a tour around it.
• Plan trips, save places, and make tours to share with friends.
• Play Where in the Wooorld, a geo guessing game covering more than 170 countries. Basic features come included.

You can switch between exploring and the game without friction, and the developer pitches the app at travelers, students and families as well as players.

Multiplayer

Wooorld is designed for exploring together. Where in the Wooorld has co-op and competitive modes, and social features include 3D avatars, spatial audio, hand and face tracking and mixed reality. Solo play is also supported.

Comfort

Meta rates it as comfortable for most people. It supports sitting, standing and room-scale play and works with controllers or hand tracking.
