Mutated Virus is a zombie survival shooter with action and adventure elements from ANOMOS STUDIOS. It is set in a near future where Earth has fallen apart and only the undead walk the streets, and your job is to stay alive while taking down as many of them as you can. It launched on the Meta Horizon Store on October 6, 2021.
How it plays
This is a survival-mode shooter built around free movement and arcade scoring. According to the store page you get:
- 14 weapons, with the option to dual wield.
- 3 maps and 16 types of zombies.
- Movable lights to help you see.
- Worldwide leaderboards for your scores.
The listing also highlights a version 4.3 update that added dynamic shadows, a higher rendering resolution, a 120 FPS option on Quest 3 and newer headsets, new anti-aliasing settings and support for eye tracking.
Comfort
