FunFitLand is a Quest fitness app with coach-led boxing, dance, HIIT, Tai Chi and moving meditation, hand tracking in every mode and heart-rate display.
FunFitLand: Boxing, Cardio, Meditation is a fitness and health app from DelightScape Interactives that combines boxing, dance, flow workouts and moving meditation, led by real coaches. It has been on the Meta Horizon Store since October 30, 2023.
What you can do
Workouts are set to music with choreographed moves, from boxing combinations to dance routines. There are dozens of workout series at different intensities:
- Gentle: seated stretching, Tai Chi and walking.
- Rhythm: dance and flow sessions.
- Harder: boxing, HIIT, battle rope and knee strikes.
The developer says new sessions arrive every week. Hand tracking works in every mode, so you can put the controllers down and even train with real equipment such as dumbbells or a cable machine.
Through the mobile app you can pair a compatible smartwatch or a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor, see your heart rate in the headset while you exercise, and sync workouts to Apple Health so they count toward your activity rings.
There is also a social side: a community where members share progress and cheer each other on.
Comfort
Meta rates FunFitLand comfortable for most people. It supports standing, room-scale and sitting use, which suits the seated stretching series, and works with hand tracking or controllers.
