Synth Riders launches Vice Wave 80s Mixtape DLC with eight songs

Synth Riders launches Vice Wave 80s Mixtape DLC with eight songs. The new pack adds music from Duran Duran, Bryan Adams, Kim Wilde and other artists to the rhythm game. UploadVR reports that Vice Wave is available now for $13.99, while selected tracks cost $1.99 each.

Vice Wave tracklist

The eight-song pack includes:

  • Kim Wilde – Kids In America
  • The Outfield – Your Love
  • Bryan Adams – Run To You
  • Twisted Sister – I Wanna Rock
  • Yes – Owner of a Lonely Heart
  • The Cars – Shake It Up
  • Duran Duran – Rio
  • Cutting Crew – (I Just) Died In Your Arms

Vice Wave is listed as an eight-song release in the PlayStation Store. It also appears in the 80s Ultimate Bundle, which includes the Synth Riders base game with 82 songs, the 13-song Linkin Park Music Pack and a bonus version of Queen’s “We Are The Champions.”

How Vice Wave fits Synth Riders

Synth Riders is an immersive rhythm game developed by Kluge Interactive. Its play uses full-body movement: players catch notes, ride rails and dodge obstacles in time with music. The Apple App Store describes a surreal musical environment with visuals synchronised to each song.

The Apple Vision Pro listing presents 127 songs across synthwave, pop, rock, EDM, electro swing and other styles. It offers the game through an Apple Arcade subscription and lets players choose between full immersion and a room-visible stage. The listing also describes hand tracking.

Vice Wave expands an existing 80s Mixtape collection. The Apple App Store version history records earlier 80s Mixtape Side A and Side B releases. During 2026, Synth Riders also introduced a new progression system in March and received music packs featuring Dua Lipa, Linkin Park and the soundtrack from Crypt of the NecroDancer.

Platforms and PlayStation details

UploadVR reports that Synth Riders is available on Quest, PlayStation VR2, Apple Vision Pro and Steam. On PlayStation, the game supports sitting and standing VR play, requires PS VR2 Sense controllers and requires PS Plus for online play. The listing also notes in-game purchases and user interaction.

The PlayStation listing shows an average rating of 4.69 stars from 1.8K ratings. Another display records 1,872 ratings. Its compatibility notices also mention PlayStation Portal Remote Player and PS Move motion controller support.

Vice Wave’s standalone price and individual-track price come from UploadVR’s report. The supplied official PlayStation listing confirms the pack’s place in the 80s Ultimate Bundle, but does not show a separate standalone Vice Wave price. The available material does not establish whether the DLC reaches every platform at the same time, whether cross-buy applies, or whether Apple Vision Pro receives it through Apple Arcade or as paid DLC.
