RockTop is a free sports and adventure game about climbing from Mirage Interactive. You take part in a world tour of climbing challenges, scoring enough points at each stop to qualify for an annual carnival. It was first listed on SideQuest in March 2022.
How it plays
Climbing is how you move through every level, and the game tests how well you read the wall and time your grabs. Stages are set in jungle ruins, glaciers, deserts and cities, and each terrain brings its own hazards, such as man-eating plants in the jungle and hostile tribes living in the ruins. Traps are spread through every scene and are the main obstacle between you and the summit.

Recent updates also reworked the menus, improved how hands fit onto climbing holds, added the desert chapter and brought performance to around 72 frames per second.
Comfort
SideQuest rates RockTop as comfortable. The developer adds that the climbing motion gives your shoulders and neck some exercise. It is not listed as a seated experience.
