Virtuix Meta Reseller Adds Quest Bundles and Reports Growth

Virtuix, maker of the Omni One omnidirectional treadmill, said on October 13 that it became an official Meta reseller. It now sells Omni One for Quest with Meta headsets, and says it is listed as a partner on Meta's Made for Meta website.

Omni One for Quest bundle prices

Virtuix lists Omni One for Quest at $2,595 on its Omni One for Quest store page. Buyers can choose a headset in a second step:

  • No headset: $2,595, for owners who already have a compatible Quest.
  • Meta Quest 3S (128GB): adds $349, bringing the total to $2,944.
  • Meta Quest 3 (512GB): adds $599, bringing the total to $3,194.

Virtuix also lists both headsets as standalone products at those same prices. UploadVR reported that a PC VR Bluetooth adapter costs an additional $49. Virtuix says more than 75 Quest games are compatible with Omni One for Quest or expected to become compatible, alongside more than 100 PC VR games.

Omni One for Quest is restricted to consumer, at-home use, according to VR.org News. Commercial and enterprise customers must use Omni One Enterprise instead.

Orders and quarterly results

Virtuix said Omni One orders rose about 3X after the June launch of Omni One for Quest, compared with the same period a year earlier. The original release gave no unit totals, and orders are not the same as reported revenue.

VR.org News reported that new Omni One orders rose 72% year over year in Virtuix's quarter ended June 30 and reached 2.5 times the prior-year pace after Omni One for Quest launched. It also reported Omni One sales of $821,912 in the prior-year comparison quarter.

The company's 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30 reported total sales of $767,300, down 26% from $1,032,136 a year earlier, with Omni One sales of $522,391. VR.org News reported that Virtuix's net loss rose from $2,307,155 to $7,170,566 year over year for the quarter ended June 30. Virtuix held $7,443,869 in cash at June 30. The filing says losses and limited working capital raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.

Virtuix says the latest order increase followed the Quest launch. The available figures do not provide total order units, and the comparison between order growth and revenue remains limited.

Enterprise demand and military programs

VR.org News reported that Virtuix cited repeat Omni One Enterprise orders from Tesla's Optimus humanoid robot program, Figure AI, NASA, KBR and Sirica Therapeutics. Virtuix did not provide unit counts for those orders.

Virtuix expected to install its four-person Marine Corps Infantry Fireteam Trainer at Quantico later in 2026, according to VR.org News. The company also completed the Air Force AFWERX SBIR Phase I Virtual Terrain Walk program and intends to seek Phase II funding of up to approximately $2 million.

Upcoming results and Nasdaq notice

In an October 27 release, Virtuix said it expected “strong revenue growth” for the quarter ended September 30 and described the figures as preliminary. The company scheduled its earnings conference call for November 16 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern.

A separate 8-K filed October 6 shows that Nasdaq told Virtuix its market value of listed securities had fallen below the $50 million minimum for the Nasdaq Global Market. The notice had no immediate effect. Virtuix has until March 29, 2027 to regain compliance.

Update (2026-10-31): VR.org News reported that new Omni One orders rose 72% year over year in Virtuix's quarter ended June 30 and reached 2.5 times the prior-year pace after Omni One for Quest launched. The outlet reported $821,912 in Omni One sales in the prior-year comparison quarter, a net loss increase from $2,307,155 to $7,170,566, and $7,443,869 in cash at June 30. It also reported the consumer, at-home restriction for Omni One for Quest, the required use of Omni One Enterprise by commercial and enterprise customers, repeat Enterprise orders tied to Tesla's Optimus humanoid robot program, Figure AI, NASA, KBR and Sirica Therapeutics without unit counts, the planned Quantico installation later in 2026, and Virtuix's intention to seek up to approximately $2 million in Air Force AFWERX SBIR Phase II funding after completing Phase I Virtual Terrain Walk.
