About Anker

Anker Innovations was founded in 2011 by Steven Yang. It started in Shenzhen and is now headquartered in Changsha, Hunan, China, and it is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Anker began with laptop batteries and phone chargers and is best known for power banks, chargers, cables and hubs. Products

Anker does not make headsets. Its VR products are accessories for Meta Quest. In December 2020 it launched the Anker Charging Dock for Oculus Quest 2, an Oculus Ready certified stand that charges the headset and both Touch controllers at once. In October 2022 its audio brand soundcore released the VR P10, true wireless earbuds with a low-latency 2.4 GHz USB-C dongle that soundcore calls the first earbuds authorized by Meta for Quest. Meta sells them as the Soundcore by Anker Wireless VR Earbuds at $99.99 and lists Quest 3S, Quest 3 and Quest 2. Anker has not released a charging dock for the Quest 3 or Quest 3S.
