SculptrVR

SculptrVR is a creativity and design app from Greensky Games for sculpting and building whole worlds out of voxels. You shape terrain and objects with its creation tools, zoom in to add fine detail, and then explore what you made or blow it up with rockets. It launched on the Meta Horizon Store on August 29, 2019.

What you can do

• Build and sculpt: the voxel tools support a zoom range of up to 10,000x, so you can work on both large landscapes and small details.
• Generate terrain: create landscapes procedurally and then dig down into caves below the surface.
• Play in your world: race across your creations on hang-gliders, switch to a climbing mode, or destroy things with rockets.
• Browse and remix: an in-app gallery holds thousands of creations from other users that you can open and change.
• Share and export: upload your work to the gallery, or export it as FBX or OBJ files for 3D printing or posting online.

The developer keeps tutorials, tips and support on the SculptrVR website.

Multiplayer

You can invite friends into an online session to explore and build together, and the store lists both multiplayer and co-op. The hang-glider races are one of the shared activities the developer highlights.

Comfort

Meta rates SculptrVR as comfortable for most people. Supported play modes are sitting, standing and room-scale, and it uses controllers.
