Bristol animation studio behind Wallace & Gromit, and co-developer of the VR adventure Wallace & Gromit in The Grand Getaway.
Aardman is a four-time Academy Award-winning animation studio and the creator of Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, Chicken Run and Morph. Peter Lord and David Sproxton registered the name Aardman Animations in 1972 and moved to Bristol in 1976, and the company has been employee owned since 2018. Its interactive team makes games, apps, AR and VR projects.
On Meta Quest, Aardman co-developed Wallace & Gromit in The Grand Getaway with Atlas V, No Ghost, Albyon and Reynard Films. The narrative VR adventure, published by Astrea, takes the duo from West Wallaby Street to deep space.
