A free shooting and climbing arena with 32 hidden weapons, ten practice and timed modes, saved high scores and slow-motion powers.
CLIMB & SHOOT (PRACTICE ARENA) is a target-practice shooter from Ultra Fun Games that mixes shooting with climbing. You explore an arena, find weapons hidden around the map and destroy targets for points. It is distributed through SideQuest, where it was first listed in October 2021.
How it plays
The arena hides 32 weapons, from modern guns and rocket launchers to lightning guns, light sabers, katanas and hammers. Ammo is unlimited and you never reload. You can store guns in pockets or a suitcase, and you can jump, sprint, climb and slow time down to slow or super-slow motion.
There are ten scenes and modes:
- Quick practice: the menu scene, a cyber-themed space with a few weapons and targets.
- Free practice: explore and clear every target at your own pace, with a version where targets keep respawning.
- Timed modes: score as high as you can in 1, 2, 5, 10 or 20 minutes.
- Infinite time: destroy every target and reach the top score as quickly as possible.
- Secret bonus mode: infinite time with strong starting weapons, unlocked by finding a hidden button.
High scores are saved for each mode, and the maximum is 1,250 points. An optional playlist of 38 songs can play while you shoot. The studio calls Ultra Shooting Playgrounds the successor to this game.
