SIGGRAPH Asia 2026

SIGGRAPH Asia 2026 is the 19th ACM SIGGRAPH Conference and Exhibition on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques in Asia, and the first edition held in Malaysia. It takes place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

The event is aimed at graphics researchers, developers, artists and industry professionals, with technical papers, courses, showcases, demos and networking.

For VR and AR audiences, the most relevant part is the dedicated XR program. The organizers describe it as a hands-on showcase of virtual, augmented and mixed reality applications, covering immersive storytelling, interactive spatial installations, scientific tools, telepresence platforms and haptics. Attendees can try live, working experiences, test immersive hardware and talk directly with the developers, artists and researchers behind them. All accepted XR demonstrations, projects and extended abstracts are archived in the ACM Digital Library.
