Train Together

Train Together is a free fitness and health app from Verseus Games, published by TrainR Group. Its idea is a workout partner that feels human: AI trainers that adjust to the way you work out, keep track of what you like and reply in a natural way while you exercise. The developer pitches it as an option for people looking at Quest fitness apps such as Supernatural or FitXR. It has been on the Meta Horizon Store since November 21, 2024.

What you can do

You pick a trainer whose style suits you, whether that is gentle or tough, relaxed or high-energy, kind or blunt. Sessions cover a wide set of goals, including strength, cardio, boxing, recovery, posture, mobility and focus. You can train with your coach standing in your own room through mixed reality, or move to virtual locations for a change of scenery.

Comfort

Meta rates Train Together as comfortable for most people. It is a room-scale app only, so clear enough floor space before you start moving. You can use controllers or hand tracking.
