Logitech

The Swiss-founded maker of computer peripherals and Logitech G gaming gear, whose XR line includes the MX Ink stylus and audio accessories for Meta Quest.

About Logitech

Logitech was founded on October 2, 1981 in Apples, Switzerland, by Daniel Borel, Pierluigi Zappacosta and Giacomo Marini. Its global headquarters is in Lausanne, Switzerland, and its US headquarters is in San Jose, California. The company is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and on Nasdaq. Logitech makes mice, keyboards, webcams, headsets, speakers, video conferencing gear and gaming equipment. Its gaming products are sold under Logitech G, and it also owns the Astro Gaming brand.

Products

Logitech does not make headsets of its own. Its VR and mixed reality products are accessories for Meta Quest, built under Meta's "Made for Meta" program. The main one is MX Ink, a pressure-sensitive mixed reality stylus for Quest 3S, Quest 3 and Quest 2 that went on sale in September 2024 at $129.99. It is joined by the MX Inkwell charging dock and the MX Mat drawing surface. For the Quest 2, Logitech released the Chorus off-ear audio attachment in 2022, and meta.com also sells the Logitech G333 VR Gaming Earphones and the Logitech G PRO Gaming Headset for Meta Quest 2.
