Superfly

Superfly is an open-world action sandbox from Loco Motion Devs where you play as a superhero or a supervillain. You mix superpowers to create your own character, then choose whether to defend a sprawling city from an army of enemies or terrorize its citizens. It has been on the Meta Horizon Store since June 16, 2022.

How it plays

There are 12 powers, each with its own attacks and way of getting around, and you pair them up to build your character. Examples from the store page include:

• Telekinesis

Besides hordes of robots, you face bosses taller than skyscrapers: a fire-breathing dragon, a giant worm, a nimble spider and a towering turret, which hit back with EMP and hacking attacks. The city is filled with thousands of vehicles and objects. In Story Mode you unlock sidegrades that change how your powers behave.

Comfort

Meta rates it as intense, meaning it is comfortable for only a few people. It supports seated, standing and room-scale play and is played with Touch controllers. Flying, swinging and super speed can be a lot for players prone to motion sickness, so use whatever comfort settings are available and take breaks.
