Crisis VRigade is a first-person shooter for Meta Quest where you play a SWAT officer taking down terrorists and saving hostages, solo or in co-op.
Crisis VRigade is a first-person shooter and action game from Sumalab. You join a SWAT unit sent into terrorist incidents, and each mission drops you straight into the firefight. It released on the Meta Horizon Store on January 26, 2021.
How it plays
The goal on each mission is plain: take out every armed hostile while your squadmates and the hostages stay alive. That makes positioning as important as aim. Ammo is limited, so you have to watch your shots, and reloading in the open leaves you exposed. Ducking behind cover before you swap magazines is part of staying alive, because getting hit can end the mission on the spot.
The tone is arcade-style rather than a slow tactical sim. The store pitch is built around sharp shooting and quick reactions, casting you as the top marksman of your academy class who now has to prove it.
Multiplayer
Besides solo play, you can team up with friends in a co-op mode and handle the same scenario together. Co-op is the only multiplayer option the store lists.
Comfort
Meta gives it a moderate comfort rating. Crisis VRigade is played standing, with controllers. Because you physically duck and lean to use cover, make sure your play space is clear.
