Immersed Inc. is a US technology company based in Austin, Texas. It was founded in 2017 by Renji Bijoy, who leads it as founder and CEO. The company focuses on remote work in virtual and mixed reality.
Its main product is Immersed, a productivity app that streams a Windows, Mac or Linux computer into a headset and adds extra virtual monitors around the user. The app arrived on the Quest store in July 2020 and today is free on the Meta Horizon Store and the visionOS App Store, with a paid Immersed Pro subscription for more screens and higher resolutions. Besides solo work, it offers shared rooms where teams meet around common screens and whiteboards.
Immersed has also been developing its own lightweight headset, called Visor, which is designed around 4K micro-OLED displays and Qualcomm's XR2+ Gen 2 chip and is sold with an optional subscription. Its shipping date has slipped several times, and in mid-2026 the company announced a higher Visor preorder price, citing rising chip and memory costs.
