It turns exercise into a rhythm session where you punch, squat and dodge in time with the music, and the developer points out that it needs no subscription. It arrived on the Meta Horizon Store on February 9, 2023.
What you can do
The workout is meant to cover your whole body. Boulders fly toward you and you smash them, while obstacle courses make you duck and step aside. Your score depends on how much you move and how hard you strike, so effort pays off directly. Training targets stamina, strength and reflexes.
