LES MILLS XR DANCE - Fitness & Rhythm

LES MILLS XR DANCE - Fitness & Rhythm is a dance workout app in the fitness and health category from Odders, built as an official Les Mills program. You follow presenters through choreographed routines set to music, learning the steps while you exercise. It came to the Meta Horizon Store on December 14, 2023.

What you can do

• More than 40 dance sessions, with songs from Monstercat.
• Several music styles, including Pop, Club, Vibe, Jam and Latin-flavored tracks.
• Five official Les Mills presenters who lead the routines.
• Four difficulty levels, from first-timers to experienced dancers.
• A playlist feature: pick up to four songs per session and save as many playlists as you like.

According to the store page, a free update added seven new workouts, including three new dance sessions alongside the playlist feature. The mix of a coach in front of you and a range of levels makes it suited both to people who want to learn to dance and to those who just want a cardio session.

Comfort

Meta rates LES MILLS XR DANCE as comfortable for most people. It is played in room-scale mode only, and you can use Touch controllers. It is a full workout, so clear enough floor space to step around and swing your arms.
