Super Sword is a hack-and-slash action game developed by KAMPAI and published by Kampai Raptor. You play the last human left after a robot update goes badly wrong, and your only goal is to stay alive. It came out on the Meta Horizon Store on September 30, 2022.
How it plays
The story is set in a world where KORPcorp's helper droids handle all kinds of jobs, from police work and defense to housework and hospice care. When the company tries to give the droids emotions with a final update, it backfires. Now the robots are malfunctioning, far too emotional and hostile, and you are the only person left.
The game is a survival run. You slash at waves of robots and try to last as long as you can, with a leaderboard tracking the best runs. There are five types of droids, each with its own way of moving and its own weapons, and each one is based on a specific emotion.
The developer offers a free trial, so you can play before deciding whether to buy the full game.
Comfort
Meta has not given Super Sword a comfort rating. It supports standing, sitting and room-scale play with controllers. Sword games involve big swings, so make sure your play area is clear.
