Oathbreakers is an online fantasy RPG with shooter and action-adventure combat from WCE Games. It is an open-world game in the MMORPG mold that pairs precise real-time fighting with unrestricted player-versus-player clashes and a slower survival and crafting side. It arrived on the Meta Horizon Store on November 4, 2022.

How it plays

Your skill with the controllers matters more than numbers alone. You find, gather, craft and learn an arsenal of spells, weapons, gear and stats to build your own style.

• Combat: monsters in dungeons, open-world PvP, and melee, magic and archery fighting with a range of weapons.
• Crafting: gather and refine resources, upgrade gear, and make weapons and spells.
• Skills: mining, fishing, foraging, cooking and alchemy, plus pickpocketing among others.
• Progression: character stats and skills, achievements, rankings and a karma system that shapes your path.

Multiplayer

Oathbreakers is built around other players. You can take on quests and missions, join guilds for extra perks, trade currency, visit entertainment spots and explore public or private worlds while hunting for treasure. The store lists single-player, co-op and multiplayer modes, and the game needs an internet connection.
