Deisim is a god-game simulation with strategy elements from Myron Software. You take the role of an all-powerful deity and decide how human history unfolds. It launched on the Meta Horizon Store on September 1, 2022.
How it plays
You start with an empty world and build it up from nothing, shaping the land your people will live on. Then you guide humanity through the ages, from the stone age into the modern era and beyond. Your powers as a god cut both ways: you can perform miracles that help a civilization grow, or bring disasters down on it. The game sets no moral rules on which you choose, and nobody judges how you play.
- Build a world from scratch
- Guide humanity across historical eras
- Perform miracles to help people prosper
- Unleash disasters to set them back
It works as an open, creative sandbox as much as a strategy game, with no fixed path for how your world turns out. That makes it a good fit for players who like to experiment and watch the results play out over time.
Comfort
Meta rates it as comfortable for most people. Deisim supports sitting, standing and room-scale play with controllers.
