Kunos Simulazioni
Italian racing simulation studio founded in 2005 and owned by Digital Bros since 2017, best known for the Assetto Corsa series, including Assetto Corsa Competizione.
Kunos Simulazioni is an Italian developer that makes driving simulators. It was founded in 2005 by Marco Massarutto and Stefano Casillo and is based near Rome, at the ACI Vallelunga circuit.
The studio started with netKar Pro in 2006 and became widely known with Assetto Corsa in 2014, a PC sim that later came to consoles. Its next game, Assetto Corsa Competizione, is the official GT World Challenge game. It left early access on PC in 2019 and, on PC, supports VR headsets through SteamVR and the Oculus PC runtime. Assetto Corsa EVO followed in 2025.
In January 2017 the Italian group Digital Bros agreed to buy the whole company from its two founders. Digital Bros also owns 505 Games, which publishes Kunos titles.
