US studio behind Gorilla Tag, the arm-powered multiplayer VR hit that passed 10 million players and $100 million in revenue by mid-2024.
Another Axiom is a US game studio that develops and publishes Gorilla Tag, a free-to-play multiplayer game in which players move as gorillas by pushing off the ground and walls with their arms. Gorilla Tag was created by Kerestell "Lemming" Smith and appeared in early access in 2021.
The game grew into one of the most played VR titles: by June 2024 it had passed 10 million users and more than $100 million in revenue. It runs on Meta Quest, SteamVR and PlayStation VR2, with cross-play between Quest and PC.
The studio has expanded beyond Gorilla Tag with titles such as Orion Drift and a mobile spin-off, Monke Mayhem, announced in July 2026.
