LIV Hub [Alpha]

LIV Hub [Alpha] is a media and video and productivity app from LIV for capturing and live streaming VR gameplay straight from the headset. You do not need a PC, phone or extra cables to go live. It arrived on the Meta Horizon Store on November 12, 2025, and is still in alpha testing.

What you can do

Basic streaming is free, and the developer offers an optional subscription that unlocks more advanced camera features.

• Headset streaming: broadcast any app or game from the Quest, in first-person view only.
• Destinations: YouTube, Twitch, or any service that accepts a custom RTMP address.
• LIV Camera: in games that build in the LIV Camera SDK, you get extra camera options beyond first person. Supported titles named on the store page include Gorilla Tag, UG, Ancient Dungeon, Strayed, Elements Divided, Jigsaw Night, Shmackle and Brainrot Animals, and the list keeps growing.
• Clips: capture moments to share with friends, family or viewers.

The developer lists one known issue: in some games your microphone may not come through on the stream because the Quest blocks it, and there is currently no fix. LIV runs a Discord server for alpha feedback.

Comfort

Meta rates LIV Hub [Alpha] as comfortable for most people. Supported play modes are sitting, standing and room-scale, and it uses controllers. Comfort while streaming depends mostly on the game you are playing.
