UltrasClash V is a physics-based anime brawler for Quest where you punch your way around, charge your aura and fight hordes of absurd enemies to survive.
UltrasClash V is a fast anime-style brawler built on physics, from IOX S.r.l., mixing action with physics simulation. You fight hordes of strange enemies, including cactus-headed police officers, minions and a giant dinosaur, in a desperate but comic fight for survival. It was released on the Meta Horizon Store on April 12, 2022.
How it plays
You choose your fighting style, your weapons and your powers, and the developer says your creativity is the only real limit in a fight.
- Punch movement: a locomotion system where you move by punching in the direction you want to go
- Special attacks: charge your aura to full power and unleash finishing moves
- Physics engine: physical feedback on every hit, backed by heavy sound effects
The store text also mentions mod kit support as coming soon, without a date.
Comfort
You can play sitting, standing or room-scale with controllers. Punch-based movement is energetic, so leave room to swing your arms, and keep an eye on comfort settings if fast motion bothers you.
