Shotwood is a shooter with action and tactical simulation elements from Concrete Box. You smash deadly wooden targets with realistic firearms and explosives while trying to escape an ominous, absurd and mysterious facility. The developer calls it casual but satisfyingly tactical. It came out on the Meta Horizon Store on December 22, 2021.
How it plays
You begin by passing the facility induction, then work through shoot-house assessments that unlock content and earn credits for guns, ammo and more. Between runs you listen to ominous announcements, eat food paste and slowly learn the truth about the grievance booth and the facility itself.
