CleanSheet Soccer is a goalkeeping sports simulation from INCISIV Ltd. You stand between the posts and try to keep the ball out, whether you want a workout, practice against set plays or a match with friends. It launched on the Meta Horizon Store on October 10, 2023.
How it plays
The store page splits the game into four areas:
- Fitness: Quickfire Mode sends a long stream of fast shots your way, which keeps you moving and works up a sweat.
- Training: Set Play mode puts you up against strikers in moments where one save decides the outcome.
- Social: two multiplayer modes, Goalie Wars and Target Clash.
- Stats hub: detailed feedback on how you performed, plus gear upgrades in the Locker Room.
The developer calls it the best VR soccer game on Meta Quest; that is their own claim. What the store text does make clear is that it focuses entirely on the goalkeeper role rather than outfield play.
Multiplayer
You can challenge friends or other players online in Goalie Wars and Target Clash.
Comfort
Meta rates it as comfortable for most people. It supports room-scale play and is played with Touch controllers. Diving for saves means you need clear space around you.
