Halfbrick Studios is a privately held game company in Brisbane, Australia, founded in 2001. It is best known for mobile hits such as Fruit Ninja (2010) and Jetpack Joyride (2011), as well as Dan the Man (2015).
In VR, Halfbrick partnered with Ian Fitz, the solo creator of The Thrill of the Fight, from early 2023. Together they made The Thrill of the Fight 2, which entered early access on Quest in 2024 and reached version 1.0 in November 2025. Steam now lists Halfbrick as developer and publisher of the original Thrill of the Fight as well.
The studio also released Bluey's Quest for the Gold Pen in 2025.
