Spatial is a free creativity and social platform from Spatial. You hop between 3D worlds made by its community, take part in quests and events, and talk to other visitors by voice or text. It arrived on the Meta Horizon Store on September 3, 2020.

What you can do

• Visit community worlds that host art, culture, concerts, games and live events.
• Play quests and find creator groups that share your interests.
• Style your look with customizable RPM avatars; the developer points to spatial.io/toolkit for building a fully custom one.
• Make your own worlds or games: the developer says 3D creations can be turned into live multiplayer spaces on web, mobile and VR with no coding and no fees, starting from spatial.io/create.

The developer also lists a Discord server, a support site, terms of use and community guidelines on the store page.

Multiplayer

Spatial is built around other people. You can use live voice and text chat, invite friends into private rooms, or meet new people in public spaces. The store lists single-user, multiplayer and co-op modes, and you need a network connection to join any world.

Comfort

Meta rates it comfortable for most people. The store lists support for playing sitting, standing or at room scale. It works with controllers or hand tracking.
