Henry

Henry is a short animated story listed under action and adventure from Oculus, produced by the Oculus Story Studio. Its hero is a small hedgehog who badly wants to hug everyone, which is a problem when you are covered in spines. He finds himself on his own on his birthday and makes a wish that turns the day around. Elijah Wood narrates. It was released on the Meta Horizon Store on October 22, 2019.

How it plays

Henry is closer to an animated short film than to a game. You stay in one spot and watch the story unfold around you, free to look wherever you like. According to the store text, it was made with people who had previously worked on the creative teams of Brave and Toy Story 3.

There are no menus of modes, scores or online features to learn. With a gentle story, an all-ages rating and no internet requirement, it is an easy piece to show to someone trying a headset for the first time.
