VZfit: Explore. Cycle. Get Fit! is a fitness and health and travel and exploration app from VirZOOM, Inc. that combines exercise with sightseeing. It is built on Google Street View, so you can ride or move through real locations while you work out. It has been on the Meta Horizon Store since April 15, 2021.

What you can do

There are a few ways to train. You can follow one of the app's trainers, or put on music and dance, and your real-world movement keeps you going. For a proper ride, fit a cadence sensor on the pedal of an exercise bike, and each session becomes a tour of a real destination, such as the Italian Alps or the coast of Oahu.

Meta gives it a moderate comfort rating, so it may not suit everyone. It supports standing and room-scale play and works with controllers or hand tracking. If you are sensitive to motion sickness in VR, start with short rides.
