Deadly Delivery

Deadly Delivery is a co-op horror action-adventure game from Flat Head Studio, published by Flat Head Studio, Creature. You play as a delivery goblin carrying parcels into pitch-dark mines that are home to things you would rather not meet. It came out on the Meta Horizon Store on December 4, 2025.

How it plays

Each run sends your crew down procedurally generated tunnels with gear of doubtful quality. You creep, run and scream your way to the drop-off point, hauling different kinds of parcels as you go. The world runs on physics, so you can climb on teammates or slap them to keep them moving, and spatial audio helps you work out what is coming from where.

• Monsters that each behave differently; some can look and act like members of your own team.
• Study monster patterns to survive, or use your friends as bait.
• Progression: level up, improve your gear, adopt a pet and unlock cosmetics.
• A recent update added more scares, according to the developer.

Multiplayer

Online co-op supports up to four players, you plus three others. Proximity voice chat means teammates hear you based on how close you are, which matters when someone gets picked off in the dark. The developer runs a Discord server for finding other players.

Comfort

Meta rates it moderate. Sitting, standing and room-scale play are supported, with controllers. Expect jump scares: horror is the core of the game.
